BACK INTO SPAIN
Ya están de vuelta en Burlada nuestros alumnos de 3º y 4º de ESO. Hace una semana que marcharon a Inglaterra a vivir una experiencia fantástica en casa de familias inglesas, donde han podido mejorar su nivel de ingles además de conocer de primera mano muchas de las costumbres de ese país. En esta última crónica, que nos envían desde el mismo aeropuerto, quieren agradecer a todos los que han hecho posible la experiencia por su trato y amabilidad, principalmente a las familias que tan bien les han acogido.
Back into Spain.You can see some of us going into the plane. We are very happy after our english experience in Cirencester. We enjoyed a lot in the school and specially living with our families which have hosted us really, really well.
Thank you so much for following us all along this week. We all hope to come back again and have the chance of telling you our adventures again.

CUMPLEAÑOS 1º INFANTIL
CELEBRAMOS EL CUMPLEAÑOS DE ASIER DEL ÁRBOL QUE EL PASADO DÍA 4 DE MARZO CUMPLIÓ 4 AÑOS. ¡MUCHAS FELICIDADES!
ULTIMAS CRÓNICAS DESDE CIRENCESTER (INGLATERRA)
Desde Cirencester nos mandan una de las últimas crónicas sobre como lo están pasando, que hacen y otras curiosidades.
Esta vez es para comentarnos como, tras las clases de la mañana, han comido su correspondiente "packet lunch" en un típico restaurante de la ciudad y después han estado de compras y en el cine.
Ya han comenzado los preparativos para el regreso que se producirá en pocas horas.
Everythig good comes to an end and...this is it!These are some of our last pictures in Cirencester.
As you can see, we are all eating together our packed lunch and having a rest after being in class the whole morning. Still, we have to come back but later we will enjoy a last minute shopping downtown.
In the evening, we will watch a film in the school enjoying some nice pop corns.
Don't be sad because these are not our last words. Tomorrow we will tell you our trip back to Spain.

JUEVES EN INGLATERRA
Nos siguen llegando noticias desde Inglaterra sobre la marcha del viaje. Hoy nos cuentan lo que hicieron ayer durante el día que fueron a clase y por la tarde han estado "apostando" en las carreras de caballo. La noche también fue especial ya que no cenaron en las casas de las familias donde se alojan sino que fueron a cenar "fish and chips" típico de los ingleses.

After a great day in London, we are back in Cirencester. As you can see today, we have been in class in the morning and back to the lessons in the afternoon.
After that we have "bet" on a horse race. It has been great fun!!
Today, we are not going back home for dinner because we are having a very English supper: " fish and chips".

EL NACEDERO DEL TÁMESIS
Nuestras compañeras en Inglaterra nos mandan diariamente información sobre lo que hacen y hoy les ha parecido interesante contarnos algunos aspectos más "culturales" del lugar donde se encuentran. Por eso en el texto que acompaña esta noticia nos cuentan que cerca de donde están nace el río Támesis que luego pasa por Londres y que ayer pudieron visitar.
Este es el texto y las fotos que nos han enviado.
You probably will be surprised not to see your sons, daughters, friends...in any of these pictures but the explanation is as follows.Near where we are, Cirencester, the so well-known river Thames begins. Most of us didn't know it. As yesterday we went in London admiring the greatness of this river, we also wanted to show you its origin. So here it is. As you can see it is already quite big in its source. You might understand now its size when going through London.
The statue you see is Father Thames. Interesting, isn't it?

VISITA A LONDRES
Nuestros alumnos en Inglaterra ya han realizado una de las actividades más esperadas de su viaje y es que han pasado todo el día de hoy en Londres y desde allí nos han mandado la siguiente crónica y estas fotos. Seguro que a su vuelta nos enseñarán muchas más pero por ahora nos dan un poco de envidia con estas:
Here we are!!! In London!! Our trip has started in Hyde Park with a lovely sunny day as you can see. After shopping at Hard Rock Café, we have walked towads Buckingham Palace. Unfortunatly we haven't seen Queen Elisabet! Then we have been around Westmister Abbey and the House of Parliament where we have been able to take some pictures to the Big Ben, the Thames and the London Eye.
We have kept on walking until Trafalagar Square where we have stopped for lunch. Finally we have ended up in Covent Garden... we were looking forward for shopping in London!!!NOTICIAS DE AYER EN INGLATERRA
Nos siguen llegando noticias desde Cirencenser y en concreto hay nos mandan esto que hicieron ayer por la tarde.
La visita de hoy a Londres será el tema estrella para nuestra próxima información que esperemos sea hoy mismo.
After finishing the team challenges, we all went to Abbey Ground, a large park in the town ,and enjoyed for a while playing baseball.
Later in the evening, we did a terrifying Ghost Walk in which we were told about all the Ghosts in the city. It was a pretty cold night so we ended up having a nice and hot chocalate back in the school.
